The Man Behind the Cam
I’m Blake Vegh, an 18-year-old photographer from Ashtabula, Ohio, and a 2026 graduate of Edgewood High School. My passion for photography started with an old camcorder I found in my grandmother’s closet. What started as a simple interest in capturing moments has grown into Veghs Visuals and a passion for creating meaningful visual stories.
My work focuses on capturing people, personalities, and moments as they naturally happen. From senior portraits and couples to sports, events, and everything in between, I want every image to feel authentic and personal. I pay close attention to lighting, composition, and the small details that can turn an ordinary moment into something worth remembering.
Photography has given me the opportunity to meet new people, tell their stories, and continue developing my creativity. While photography started as a hobby, it has become something I genuinely want to build my future around.
I’ll be continuing my education at Youngstown State University, studying journalism and content creation while continuing to grow Veghs Visuals and develop my skills behind the camera.
